Ooh, I've improved since last year.
So... to keep this from getting too
boring, I have two questions for all of you...
(1) Drawing this was great stress relief in between homework, commissions, and college essays. If I draw more character portraits... anyone you're particularly hoping to see next?
(2) By the Kanni's standards, Kirrah is a beautiful young woman. (Why else did that womanizing chieftain's son want to marry her?) Yet our society has a different definition of beauty—one that can be seen on magazine covers and movie posters throughout the world.
Kirrah's physical traits include the following:
Strong jaw, large nose, flat face, high cheekbones, curvy/athletic figure, arched eyebrows, eyes that are horizontally wider than a typical human'sIs Kirrah beautiful?
And why do you think that she is/isn't?My skill as an artist is not related to this topic, so don't feel hesitant if you don't think she's pretty.
And as always—if you have any tips for how I can improve my art, I'd love to hear them!
